Pandora Jewelry

I am a frequent shopper at Pandora and a card holder. Even though I like the sales, every now and then, perhaps once a year there should be a sale or extra percentage given strictly for cardholders.

I went in for the Sale Promotion : 'Spend $125 and Get a Free Bracelet ($65 or less?) of your choice. Well I wanted to purchase an $125 bracelet (Snake with, dangling chain with a heartas the pul-ll up to tighten it on your wrist). Iwas told " that i'd STILL have to spend EXTRA monies, as that could NOT be my sole $125 purchase in order for me to recieve a FREE bracelet. Although , the sign in store AND your commercial clearly says "SPEND $125 & get free bracelet!!" ** it says,nothing about HOW your $125 MUST BE SPENT!! FAlse advertising if you ask me.

There is always room for improvement and growth within a company, employees and experience. I was approached by an additional employee regarding 3 things I was doing wrong with my bracelet which was a not a great experience especially when I have owned my Pandora bracelet for approximately 10 years with no issues or damage.

My engravable charm is already scratched, just with normal wear, after only wearing my charm for 24 hours. As I know that it is not returnable, I have no good way to address this issue.

Pricing and there were no promotions.

I was highly satisfied with the service. Highly satisfied with the sales assicaite's knowledge. When they cleaned my other pandora jewelry it did not look very clean.

The only thing I would say is that they need more staff at this location

I never had a bad experience at Pandora. Every time I go, I leave the store very satisfied with the product and the service. At this point, never been disappointed :)

Felt merchandise was somewhat pricey for what they offered
