I was overall happy with my experience. I think the associates could have been more friendly and greeted me when I entered. I had to ask them for help. But the guy who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was in to buy a gift for my daughter and at one point when I first walked in I felt I was being pressured. I not comfortable in situation like that. Ian a confident shopper and like to see all my options first and then engage with the salesperson.

I had purchased a charm almost a year ago and needed to exchange for a different color and the sales rep told me the purchase was too old. I wasn’t looking for money or to return. I just wanted to exchange for the correct color that was in stock.

Naperville was great except they didnt return my voicemail. My in-store experience was highly satisfying: quick service & knowledgeable staff. Went to Bolingbrook and their store is smaller so there was a line to get in. Associates were slow & less friendly. I went in 2 times in one day. There were 3 associates working at noon and only 1 at 5pm. Took forever just to get a simple question answered.

Everyone and every place has room for improvement. In my opinion, giving the absolute highest rating means the ceiling has been reached. I do not believe that is realistic.
