The communication letting me know sales and such from multiple associates is a nice extra they do. Your loyal staff knowing & recognizing me from the former store is a great feeling too.

Eleni was so sweet!! From the second I walked in I had no idea what I was getting my best friend for her birthday and she straight took me into some beautiful options that I fell in love with. She was so professional and yet she managed to make a personal connection with me. I am definitely going back and purchasing a bracelet for myself from her. Such a sweet soul. Overall the place was so clean and all the employees had the biggest smile and made me feel welcome and important even tho I had a serious messy bun! Great place will be going back multiple times in the future.
