Catherine the sales associate was very nice and helpful. My first time at pandora and she explained a lot about the product. I left there with a beautiful bracelet and 3 rings.

Very clean store, associates were kind and professional.

Paula was super sweet and patient when it came to choosing my rings! She even recommended a few that I fell in love with! I would definitely return again because of how friendly and patient the associates are!

Bottom line is I'm addicted to Pandora. This Pandora was no exception. Except for the wait I had to be serviced, the customer service was excellent.

I shop online at Pandora's. I needed to exchange my items for a different size so I went to the Pandora located on Main street in Naperville, IL. I am glad I went to that location because the sales associate that helped me was Terrific. After entering the store we, (my granddaughter, Kayla and myself, Ms. Thompson,) were welcomed by a very nice Associate in Training named Brandon. He was very nice and went to get his manager, Heather who was also very nice and kind. Heather then had another Kind and Excellent associate Tamika help us. Let me say that Tamika was very familiar with every piece of jewelry we had questions about that we saw on line. She made great suggestions, )which I am happy to say we took). Tamika made the exchange for us. After finishing the exchange I notice a ring that Tamika was wearing and purchased it for my granddaughter. Let me just say more online for us. It was nicer in person. Thanks to Heather, Brandon and most of all to Tamika. Ms Thompson and Kayla :-) They are the BEST

The time that was put in to help me choose the items I wanted without being rushed. The friendliness of the employees and how organized a well kept the store was.
