When I went into the store all of the salespeople were with customers due to a special promotion. As soon as they could a sales lady did come to ask how she could help. Elena took her time with me and offered various suggestions which was very helpful. I LOVE going to the Naperville store. Everyone there is always willing and ready to help.

They were really nice and helped me pick out the perfect earrings and bracelet.

Both Dawn and Eleni were awesome! Dawn spent a lot of time with me as I received a bracelet as a gift and was unfamiliar with the pandora products. She helped me choose items to make bracelet more secure and functional (safety chain and charm "locks"). Eleni and Dawn also helped direct me for where I may be able to locate a charm not sold in USA
