I have never had a problem with the Strongsville Pandora. All of the associates are always so kind and caring about the purchases that I have made as a frequent buyer. I have only ever gone to one other Pandora but wound up coming back to Strongsville Mall Pandora because of the service. I cannot remember the woman's name who helped me during this purchase but it was her first day back on Black Friday and she handled everything efficiently and professionally.

Associate was very helpful. She didn't hurry me in my decisions. I was told that there would be no problem if return or exchange. Gifts for my collage aged granddaughters. Unfortunately the last time I purchased a bracelet for my daughter, several years ago, the exchange for a different size wasn't pleasant.

The quality of the merchandise. The customer service is always exceptional. I never have a long wait whenever I am in the store.
