My Pandora store was very busy the sales she’ll see. It were very organized and calling the peoples names to see the next associate associate was very personable and knowledgeable.

The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in my decision. She made it an easy and very pleasant experience. The store was beautiful. No pressure but supporting a purchase… good sales technique.

The young lady at Strongsville provided me with the boxes and the bags that were not sent with my Pandora order through the mail even though I paid for boxes and bags. She went out of her way to tie the charms in the boxes put them in bags with tissue paper she went above and beyond.
