The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. She cleaned my bracelet as well as help me build my bracelet. She welcomed my family with a friendly smile and informed us of the 30% off before we even looked at the merchandise.

I loved my expirence because the workers quickly worked to my wishes. They answered as many questions as i had. I got to see every single charm and try on as many bracelets and rings as i wanted. they even told me if i wasn’t happy with what i picked out i could come back and switch something out

Pandora was the first store I went to. It looked very welcoming so I had to go in. And everything had a shine to it so I just had to come out with something. I have more then enough rings so I decided to get charms for my bracelet. Shane was helpful and I was able to come out with 2 beautiful charms.

I placed an order online & the leather bracelet was the incorrect size. I needed to exchange the online bracelet. It had never been worn, so Sally was able to assist me. Even if she was unable to exchange, I still would’ve given the same score because I enjoy going into the Pandora location. I appreciate the customer service, especially, in these times where everything is “blamed” on COVID & lack of staff. Customer service goes a LONG way.
