I understand that the sales associate was trying to get customers in & and out, but I did feel rushed. It made me feel like I had to hurry up & pick something. I don't like to feel that way, especially if I'm spending my hard earned money. When I asked questions, the associate was rushing to answer them. That is why I wasn't highly satisfied with it.

The lady standing at the door letting people in was extremely rude and snobby. I asked her a question and she was extremely rude when answering it.

I bought 5 matching rings. One for my two daughters, one for me, one for my niece and one for my sis in law. We all got the princess ring. My ring lost two diamonds about 3 months after we got them. My daughter took my ring back to the store maybe 9 months later. They refused to replace it or to have it fixed.

The sales associate just seem to busy untangling a necklace to give us her full attention. Just seem unprofessional and rude. Like she didn’t offer to show me how something would look on my bracelet

I wanted an option that this store did not have in stock. I also didn't care touch for the selection of charms I was particularly looking for. And I was not made aware of a military discount until after the purchase was made therefore voiding any savings that would have benefitted me.

When we first entered the store the 2 young ladies in the front acted like they were not interested in helping us. The person that did help us was great. I noticed she was top sales person 2021 Silver level. She even talked me into buying a charm with my bracelet. I will come back to see her anytime.
