Loved the selection of charms avalable. The associates had areally good knowledge of where things were and was very helpful I like the fact that thr associates pay attention to every customer that walked in the door

The sales associates were amazing! My MAIN complaint is I buy alot from Pandora and no one has ever asked for my email, etc to track all of my purchases. This really bothered me. I am a LOYAL customer to Pandora. It is in the system now because the Sales Associate took her time to enter it.
