I love the products quality and the products you sale. I have a ring that I bought there 2 or 3 years ago. It lost a stone. When I took it back they said they were out. I attempted to return it several times. Now they say that they no longer carry it.

I think the associates were very friendly and helpful. They were professional but they made me feel welcome. I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I really enjoyed my visit to pandora.

This is not my first time buying or receiving a gift from pandora establishment. I love your jewelry. I'm looking for some sports charms /bowling ball or bowling pins. That would be awesome 👌. I was treated excellent!!!

Other than the long line because it was mother’s day and limited quantity of merchandise. I was very satisfied with the attentive treatment I received. Will definitely be going back.

Sales associate RAISA at Store #0292 (HAMILTON PLACE MALL) in Chattanooga, TN is AWESOME! Her customer service skills and personality is beyond amazing! She deserves a recognition for outstanding customer service & knowledge of her job to help customers shop easily and sufficiently.
