I was very highly satisfied my 1st visit and planning on going back again

I was highly satisfied with my service.

The staff stood around until I asked for assistance. Once I engaged the salesperson, she was alright. She actually displayed good customer service. The team should greet the customers and act like they care and want to work.

I enjoy my experience every time I go.

They did not have a charm that I was looking for.

Low stock

My sales associate was extremely helpful and professional but the other sales associates were not they were talking personal talk on the floor and kept interrupting her while she was talking to me

The bracelet I wanted was not in my size

The stock of charms was very limited. Seemed to me that if you are having a special sale that you wouldn't have a limited stock of items. It was almost barren, nothing to choose from. Hope its better next week
