Doris was the best on helping me out. She knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.

I have not experienced a bad visit to Pandora in any of their stores so far. They have all been courteous and informative throughout the sales. However, one thing I do wish would change is how customers are given their charms. I feel they should be in small ring boxes or something better than just a zip lock bag.

Prior to coming to the store, I texted Lyndsey D., employee #184027, a picture of what I was looking for and it’s availability. I was excited to know it was available. Shopping with Lyndsey was so much fun! She also showed me what was new, remembered how much I love daisies, awesome new daisy collection! Bought what I was looking for and more! Thank you Lyndsey D! You’re the BEST♥️.

Emily was extremely helpful and understanding to my issue, I had a terrible experience at pandora wiregrass Mall in wesley chapel FL, because they did not want to help me with my return, however, Emily at Brandon mall location was willing to listen to my concern and got it taken care of without giving any hard time. I didn’t plan to make a purchase, but thanks to her great service, I ended up buying something she suggested to make one of my bracelets look better.

There were 2 sales people, young lady and young man both were extremely helpful as I tried to find the right gift

Customer service representative Doris was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She should me what was a good fit for what I came for. She made the exchange process very easy and quick. She's a very good asset to your company. Doris.
