Kenny G. was awesome! He greeted me as soon as I walked in th door and he was attentive to every need I had. Kenny took the time to explain how Pandora products look and function over time and how my current purchase will feel/look a year from now. He also showed me other customer service options for my purchase which made me feel valued.

Immediately greeted and asked if I needed help, was not followed or hovered over when looking and as soon as I said I had a picture of what I was looking for the associate was there to look and found the ring within seconds. She also made recommendations as to what will stack with the ring!

Doris was very helpful and very nice! When I return I will only shop if I see she is available and working! She made the entire experience very easy and knew the perfect pieces to show me for my daughter and mom!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by 2 people’s one being one of the mangers with her being the one that took care of me. I went in with ideas of this one bracelet. After the boyfriend started looking around I ended up with a amazing charm bracelet. Which she helped me in so many ways, helping us pick out charms that would match my style and place in the right order to look the best!!!! The whole visit was amazing!
