Michelle helped me. She was an absolute star and a real asset to the company. Ive had several bad experiences in this store where I thought id never go back but i decided to give it another try and this time Michelle helped me. It was overall a wonderful experience with her and I will only be going back to get Michelle's help. She was very knowledgeable of the product and gave me wonderful recommendations, I will definitely be stopping by soon to shop for the gold that she showed me as well as applying for the store credit card. Like I said, she's a real asset to the company and the best associate there.

The associate that helped us was amazing. She went beyond to helped me pick the perfect size and charms for my bracelet. She also helped my mom with hers. Best part was that she spoke Spanish so I didn’t have to go back and forward translating everything to my mom :)

I learned so much about the jewelry I had and the new jewelry I was buying. Also, the sales representative cleaned my jewelry and another representative shared her bracelet story with me.
