I had the joy of meeting Emily? Anyway, she was awesome and knew her product line well. Your online site said you didn't have the "Drama" charm I wanted but when I arrived at her store, she knew she had one and I'll be dam if she didn't find it! I was wearing a Rays shirt and she struck up a conversation about that. It shows she was observing her customers and talking with them. She'll be a manager soon no doubt!!!

My Sales associate was Hailey Kerrigan and she was amazing at her job. She knew what would be good to pick out and she gave me many options to pick out of and I finally found one I liked. She talked to me and she made sure I got everything before I left. She made my day be better by helping me pick out jewelry. She an amazing worker.
