I went to Pandora because a charm My Fiancé got me for Valentine’s Day had a Jewel missing out of it we took it back to see if there was a warranty the girl was super sweet and got right on it found my replacement charm she was great!

Kenny. G was extremely helpful and patience with me the whole time. I was very indecisive and ask to look at a lot of different pieces and Kenny. G was amazing the whole time. I asked him “ did the store carried anything that I could gift my sister” and Kenny pulled a piece out that was breathtaking and I brought. Because him and my experience, I will be back sooner than later.

I had a safety chain that had broken they were able to replace it with no problem and clean both my bracelets
