I love every kind/ piece of the jewelry.

Normally I get a little bit nervous when I go shopping for jewelry. The first question is always hard to answer. What brings you in today or who are you shopping for…. As a man who is shopping for his boyfriend sometimes I get nervous that the person I am interacting with is not going to want to help me or that I wouldn’t get the same level of service, but that was certainly not the case today. I was greeted with a very warm feeling and when I told them who I was shopping for they didn’t make it feel weird in any way. I felt valued and appreciated the whole time. My sales associate guided me from start to finish and it felt like she was reading my mind by showing me charms I didn’t even know I wanted. She also showed me charms that were sold out in Connecticut where I am from. That’s the only reason I clicked that I am not likely to return to this location within 90 days. The customer service was great and each and every staff member was very friendly on the way out. Great experience 11/10!

My sales person Jaqueline did a marvelous job in helping me at Christmas. I bought a lot!!! She was so helpful. So I go to Jacqueline whenever I go to Pandora. As I’ve got 3 granddaughters and they love Pandora. Today was for me will buy 2 every month. Thanks

Jacqueline was so helpful. She was so nice to me and my daughter. We came to get the original pandora bracelet but end up getting heart. I’m so glad she made our experience so great. We got the bracelet in honor of my goddaughter that pass away this December

The manager of the store is an amazing woman, she has waited on me every time I go on there, I needed a necklace 80 to 100 bucks and she ce through with many options
