Service was great I love Pandora

Was greeted at he door, and referred me to an associate who was like my personal helper, he was so sweet and helpful. He helped my husband choose the perfect pandora charm for me as a Valentines gift and even helped me put it on my bracelet.

When I arrived to the store, it was about 5 minutes til close (which I was unaware the mall changed their hours). Nearly every associate was busy yet and still I felt welcomed and special. By the time I was ready to make my purchase, two associates were available and ready to offer advice and expertise to help me decide on the perfect purchase. This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had by far. By the way, this was my very first time visiting a Pandora store (although I have made a purchase online).
