I ordered a bracelet online and it was too small. I went to the location and as soon as i walked in i was greeted and provided assistance. Bracelet was swapped out easily and associate assisted me with purchasing additional items. Overall the experience was awesome and i will be going back.

The sales associate, Victoria D. was patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. She took her time in explaining the merchandise to me, and when I asked for my charms to be cleaned, she did so promptly. She displayed excellent customer service.
