My experience at this Pandora location was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone greeted me with smiles and hello’s as soon as I walked into the store. They were ready to assist me. Jacqueline D. Is my all-time favorite! She was very sweet, helpful, funny, and has a very great sense of humor. Having her working for Pandora is the BEST thing for this company. I only had a short time to make an exchange of a ring I bought 8 days ago. The sales associate, Jacqueline D was the wonderful lady that took care of me. She took my bracelet and had it being cleaned while we did the ring exchange. Jacqueline also showed me new bracelets and charms. Jacqueline was a delight and I'm hoping the next time I go into the store she'll be there.

The sales people are very attentive and friendly. The store is very clean and kept up nicely. The salesperson was KennyG . He cleaned my brackets and told me how to store them. I didn’t know what I was looking for and he helped me make the best choice
