Yoselin, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was super friendly and knew how to upsell. There was an upset customer who tried to get me not to purchase anything from them (I love Pandora and will always purchase items) and every staff member apologized for her approaching me.

I am satisfied by the kind service in the store. The workers came to help very fast. When I purchased my charm it was very early to pick out. And pay.

Amanda was very knowledgeable able the products on site and knew exactly where each product was located. She also had several suggestions on options I might be interested in. In addition, she was able to inform of products that just weren't available.
