Tiana was very knowledgeable about Pandora products .Tiana provided professional assistance with helping me select my merchandise for my retirement and suggested the best value for me using the gift card that was presented to me for my retirement she was well knowledge with looking up who purchased due I did not have a gift receipt for the previous bracelet due to it was a bit small Tiana advise me replacing the bracelet that was selected which was too small. Due to it bracket kept popping open I originally went there to purchase a safety lot for the bracelet however she noticed that it was too small Ti Tiana and so she suggested instead of purchasing the safety lot which was the same cause as the bracelet that I it would be better that I purchased a new bracelet in in the place of the other one and a Burt the bracelet was purchased she noticed that the bracelet was purchased a year ago so I had a gift card for $100 so we use the gift card towards the bracelet she was just so helpful and helping me silicon make my decision and with that being said I was just truly satisfied with her professionalism & patience her customer service I highly recommend Tiana
