Jacqueline was very courteous and keyed in on a few things I said about what was looking for. Due to her knowledge and interactions with me, I was only in the store 20 minutes and was pleased with my purchase.

Jacqueline D was very patient and helpful. This was my first bracelet and she explained the benefits of clips, safety chain, and even the clasp opener. I’m going back today just to see her and purchase another clip.
