The employee who was assisting me had the best and most friendly attitude ever. The way we spoke to each other felt like we knew each other and she was interested in why I had stopped by the store and helped me select the rings that were perfect for the occasion.

I wanted to come in and purchase a memento for Hurricane Ian but the store did not have a hurricane or twister, though it offered a Rainbow Charm that worked just as well, so the availability of items is what I am highly satisfied with. I also am extremely satisfied that Pandora stores are always immaculate, with no clutter just product stands that show the customer awesome ideas and ultimately lead to a purchase for store profit. Finally, the staff are professional and aware of the Customer's desires and assist in every way possible including assisting each other in the process and satisfying the customer.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Selection of merchandise was plenty for what we were looking for. Overall really nice and relaxed environment.

Although the store was short staffed, the assistant manager (Jackie) was very attentive and kept checking on me while she attended another customer. When the time came, Jackie's speed of service was excellent and her customer service skills just impeccable. Jackie is an asset to this store.
