The Costumer service was very good. They employees were very nice and knew what type of gift my girlfriend would like. Anderly was extremely helpful.

Everything was so beautiful I couldn’t make up my mind on what pieces to get! My sales associate was very good showing me all my different options.

I love my NEW Aladdin ring!!! Ricardo was super helpful with finding it. At first there wasn't one in my size but he looked all over the place until he finally found one. I really wanted this ring so I appreciate him for taking his time. It made my day. Brandon's Pandora is high quality. Make sure to ask for Ricardo or Jackie.

Ricardo made me realize Pandora jewelry is sparkly and shines excellent and I love that it's giftable for all ages. He took his time showing me different options. I was just browsing but his charisma made me buy something.

Got completely ignored for 25 minutes by 2 associates. One named “Dorthy”. We were about to leave the store but luckily Asst Manager “Jackie” came to assist us. She was extremely apologetic and very delightful!

The sales associate, Dorothy, was personable and knowledgeable. She knew the products. And she was able to show products she knew I would like based on my past purchases.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service I received was one of the best, if not, the best I had ever received! This is both for general shopping at stores, and also specifically for Pandora stores. Ricardo D was very attentive, knowledgeable on all merchandise, and was gave me all the options possible to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase.
