First time ever I went to a different Pandora store and did not have a good experience. I wasn't greeted till a few min after I entered the store and only after I asked for help. Mainly, for me it was like a self service at Walmart. The only reason the associate got more friendlier after I said that I will be buying more charms not just one. I guess, they are working on commission? And I could not use my $10.00 coupon off because I was purchasing charms that were discounted already.

The sales representative that was assisting me was rude. Would make smart remarks and also told me one of the charms I had picked out was "ugly,but that's just my opinion" I have never been to a Pandora store and treated that way. NEVER will I go back or recommend anyone to that location.

My order was never shipped or delivered eve after paying extra shipping. Had to buy in store where they didn't have the items I wanted and had to settle with it. While your company held our money from online order
