Absolutely horrible experience with this sales associate. She could care less about answering my questions or showing me product that I asked about. Will never shop at this location again. She seriously needs training in the basics of customer service and knowledge on Pandora.

Very dissatisfied with Pandora in only 5 month looks tarnish and 1 clippers lose,tried to exchance the gold heart with bee is not able anymore,so the sales girl can’t change it really dissatisfy for the price I prefer buy a real silver or real gold

Jewelry was being left in counters unattended. Associates where not using the black display trays. Associate that "assisted" have little to zero knowledge of the products and services.

The associate that took care of me attended to other customers that came in after I did. She also became very judge mental with me before I made my purchase. Continue to ask me the same question over and over was I sure I wanted the item because it was solid gold. She continue to tell me do I know how much was gold and I replied and told her numerous of times I wanted to buy a gold charm and again she said if I was sure. She told me sir the charm is $400 then when I went to pay for my purchase she said oh I’m sorry it’s not $400 it’s more it’s $450 with tax it comes out to $488.25 with a smirk on her face if I still wanted it and I said yes.

Our sale was assisted by Taylor, who stated she was the manager. Our interaction with Taylor was strained at first as she did not seem to be willing to assist customers, but we were able to complete the transaction. As we completed our transaction we asked if we could have a gift box as the item was to be a graduation present. She stated that there were none available. This would have been fine but she did not offer any alternatives until pressed for details. She seemed annoyed and did not offer any helpful alternatives and got agitated that we had asked her about it. Taylor’s attitude indicated that she was not willing to assist customers in general and was unfairly expressing this to customers. Customer service is at the core of every interaction in sales and today we felt that we were bothering her with our request. We hope that is attitude is not indicative of the rest of the staff or future interactions with the store.

My fiancé and daughter purchased me the bracelet and charms for mother’s day. I was excited to get the bracelet, a couple of days after I received it I noticed the heart would open for me to take the bracelet off also the bracelet was a little big. I went to the pandora store in Brandon mall with every intention to just exchange but because of the service or lack of service I wanted to just return in. I felt like the manager looked at me and just assumed the worst. I didn’t feel welcomed nor I was showed any other option to exchange.

Very poor selection of merchandise. This is the cosest pandora to me, yet I always have to go travel some place else and exchange for items I truly nees/want

I purchased a charm from on line store, received a ring in error. Item no longer available. Go to retail store and they will honor sale price I paid to online store. No consideration or price difference given. Was buy at full price or don’t buy it. When you call online store all you get is they are sorry.
