I was accused of taking a pandora charm by your sales representative in front of starring/listening other customers that I’d already paid for such an HUGE EMBARRASSMENT to where I was so UPSET that I left Westfield mall Brandon and went home still upset!!! Then the sales rep realize she had put the merchandise back that I paid for I am hurt by this I spend plenty of money in store and online

I walked into your store on 11/28/2020, saturdy morning I ask for service What of your representatives Was rude In her approach and ask for a manager. I spoke with Susana one of of your store manager in regards to what had happened. With that was looking for A particular item that was in your store that you no longer have she went on your site and founded and complimentary ordered it for me with an order number 210447010 I have not received the merchandise to this very day I call just store in Brandon mall Florida to speak with someone in regards to this order but I got one of your managers who downplayed Susan perez I spoke with a lazy Who are full indicated she was a manager I am very disappointed with Lizzie's mannerism over the phone concerning my order Told me I must go look for my order don't know where am I going to be looking for it but I think that was rude and very unprofessional at this matter needs to be address. Store locator number 184 in the Brandon mall in Florida.

I was yelled at by an employee in front of my whole family. The employee's job was to go back and for between the store and the line that was made outside of the store, and bring us any jewelry we asked. Now my family isn't that big, we were a group of four, but because the employee did not listen and was in a rush to get rid of us, she kept bringing us the wrong jewelry. Eventually she got fed up and yelled at my family basically saying we were asking for too much and that she was fed up with having to run back and forth for my family specifically. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I am spending my money at this store, and she honestly almost ruined the purchase. There was a point when my mother didn't even wanna go through with the purchase. Luckily though there was a kind young man at the register who was also caught off guard by the female employees behavior and he apologized for the whole situation.

I ordered online like I always do, but pandora online sent me a used bracelet for my daughter’s 15th bday! I returned it in the store and the rep looked at me like I was trying to get over or something I literally just received the bracelet the day before in the mail! And in her defense the bracelet did look worn! And she stated it was the wrong size that was printed on the receipt! She was kind and understanding, but what if I got a rep that didn’t believe me, my daughter’s bday would have been ruined all because Pandora.com tried to get over on me!! That’s not cool man, y’all need to do better!!

Lindsay she told me that I would have to send the bracelet back to customerAffairs and have them mail me out another one. I do not wanna have to deal with the hassle of going back-and-forth from the post office and everything so I brought the bracelet in a size 19. I’m going to contact another Pandora store to see if they have the size 21 since they were not able to order it for me. I felt like they made this my fault even though I called ahead and spoke to somebody in the store he stated that they had it and they put it away they could have ordered the bracelet for me and had it sent to my home instead of moneye having to do all the legwork.

La persona que me atendió nada amable y me nego ka mercancía en un par de ocasiones diciendome que no estaba en excistencia cuando en el aparador había como 6 Le pregunté que si esos que tenían en mostrador estaban en venta porque eran como seis y yo nada más quería uno la otra ocasión agarré una cadena y le dije que la iba a comprar y cuando le pedí que me mostrara otra cosa ella y había guardado la cadena Se la tuve que volver a pedir otra vez le dije que si la quería y el otro producto que también me había negado porque ni chequeo en el sistema si había disponibles o no no hizo nada por miY cuando compré la mercancía compré tres piezas y me las puso en una pequeña bolsa de plástico he comprado varias cosas ahí y esta vez no fue buena la experiencia con esa persona que me atendió tienen que llamarle la atención porque no se porto nada bien se miraba como racista eso es lo que yo percibí

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED! This has not been the first time I have dealt with bad customer service at this store and being outright ignored coming in before. I used to be a Key holder at a Pandora store and I know the expectations Pandora has on customer service. This associate did not greet us nor ask us what we were shopping for. When I asked about exclusive charms, she acted as if she didn't even know what they were. Then proceeded to tell me they only had two in the store, but as I walked around, found two displays with about 6 other store exclusives. This associate showed she does not know the product very well either nor was she even interested in selling any of it. We asked about the sale charms and if there were any bracelets or rings part of the promotion and she just looked at us and said yes, but made no effort to show us anything in the store unless we asked to see ANYTHING once or twice. Overall, this associate desperately needs to be trained to the level Pandora sets for their customers and also desperately needs product training.
