The manager at this store was extremely rude to me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her rudeness and that I was not having the best experience for my 1st visit.

The sales person wasn’t friendly and showed no willingness to assist me I had to call her over to assist me, seems as if she was trying to ignore

Unfriendly sales associate

Sales associate was rude & not very helpful. I felt rushed.

Went in to warranty out a ring because the ring was 5-6 months old and 2 stones fell out. The person who helped me claimed to be the assistant store manager and that she “shouldn’t be doing it” but it 100% was qualifying for the warranty and gave a BS excuse about it and when i asked for the district managers number she refused to give it out but i later called and talked to another associate and i was given the number.

Had 3 charms put on side to get in a few days. When I got to the store to purchase them they were put back. Not enough help when having a sale. I was there for 2 hours. Among other things that were done to me that weren’t right. I made a purchase and will be returning my $500. Purchase Today and won’t be shopping Your store again!

La Manager de la tienda lo único que me decía era la mala calidad de cada pulsera oh brazalete que quería siempre tuvo un pero y ni siquiera me dejo terminar mi compra porque en 40 m8 unos cerraban. Muy desanimada

I went to purchase two pair of earrings! first the guy was like on a hurry second he give me a pair that had one diamonds lose! And i had to go the next day to exchange them! And 3rd he didn’t give me the receipt!!!!! So when i got there with out the receipt the lady couldn’t find it in the system either I don’t know what he do with my payment or receipt i think !

The manager SUSANA was extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She walked away from me from while I was speaking to her and at the end of the transaction she threw the money at me and snatched the receipt from the printer. She was making remarks under her breath and was extremely sarcastic while addressing me, all because I was doing a return. I do not recommend shopping at this location and I will not be returning
