Stopped in to get my daughter a new I asked the manager Sandra about cleaning and she offered to clean my ring, 14 charms and bracelet free of charge. When she returned my items they looked worse than tarnished. I've only had all of my Pandora pieces for about six months. They weren't really dirty just a little dull. I pointed out to Sandra what I was seeing and she took one charm and polished it roughly and returned it to me, which did improve the horrible brown/black tint just a bit but all of my charms still look horrible. I am very disappointed and saddened by this situation. I assumed a Pandora store Manager could be trusted to clean my Pandora jewelry.

I purchased online for in-store pickup. The sales associate was rude when I needed to exchange the necklace for a bigger size. They had just handed me my purchase and asked me for a receipt as if I stole the merchandise.

The MANAGER was very rude to my mom I think she only put up with me to get my sale but when my mom was going to buy over $700 worth of merchandise the manger told the employee helping my mom to hurry up & charge my mom to get her outta the store because my kids were driving her crazy. My kids did nothing to her & her attitude was unacceptable. My mom then asked her what she said & the manager “Maria” claims she didn’t say anything when my mom clearly heard what she had told the employee about my kids. The manger when helping me gave a nasty attitude to one of her employee & the young lady helping my mom looked to scared to even say anything against her manager. So she shouldn’t even be managing a store talking & having her employees scared of her. My mom did not purchase anything due to the managers comment towards my children. Very unprofessional !!!!!!! Her name is Maria & her employee number is 188028.

My merchandise that I owned and had taken to be cleaned was given to someone else and they refused to return the items.

I purchased a bracelet and charm for my wife's birthday. I went to return the items, and one of the items I wasn't able to return nor get store credit. Now I have a charm, returned the bracelet. In the small print it tells you that all sale items are final but not when you make the purchase. The items weren't even worn, give me at least a store credit so I could buy something else. The Manager made no effort to make things right. What a way to start the new year.

Waited in line for 45 minutes to exchange a item at one point only to employees waiting on customer while 3 employees where on the back. Manager doing inventory instead of helping the line go down when we left the line was outside the store. The item we wanted to replace wasn’t in stock no other option offered.

An hour wait to get in store. Did not have sales associate full attention. Was bothered by others and rushed.

Store staff was incredibly rude. The store manager was so rude and kept talking over me and refused to help with an exchange even with receipt and within a week of receiving the order. I will never shop Pandora ever again. You can thank the Brandon Florida for another dissatisfied customer.

I talk to the supervisor they had a bracelet in the window on display for one price and she told me all that cost more than that which will be the charm but that’s not what y’all got it priced it in the window she said that’s not my problem that’s the wrong price you supposed to honor your price tag
