I am very disappointed to find out that if I need to return my item, I have to go back to the store in which I purchased it. I did not notice the information on my receipt until I attempted to return my items today and it was pointed out by the employee. This new finding will affect future purchases for sure.

I went to the store looking for annual gifts for my granddaughters. I knew there was a sale that was advertised that if I spent $125.00 would receive a free bracelet. They said they were out of the bracelets. Failed to mention the new sale that would start the next day. I spent over $350. I would have appreciated a heads up on next sale or at least a little more friendly sales people. Never see the same sales people in this store. I will be looking for new location to take my business.

First Lady I saw was rude about me returning an item. She told me I couldn’t return it and to give my product as a gift. She couldn’t help me because it was after 30 days. Looked at my receipt and it’s was only 20 days. Another associate helped me with the return

Sales associates rushed us, was rude, didn’t offer a box or even a bag for our purchase. We get charms in every city we visit, I don’t think we will continue as service has gone down hill.

I was not happy that i made a purchase of 290.00 dollars and then was told that i couldnt get my free bracelet as you have advertised for purchases made over 150.00 she said it was limited amount and they were out but i still go on your website and its still being advertised i have been purchasing a matching ring for me and my daughter for 3 years now and i purchase a lot online i am not happy and considering not purchasing anything else from you.

I was expecting a free bracelet due to the deal I purchased online. I received an email stating the bracelets were sold out and to go to the store to choose a replacement. When I got there they said they couldn't substitute but to call customer service. I did. Customer service pretty much said I was out of luck. They were not going to substitute the bracelet. 1. Do not advertise something you cannot follow through with (signs still in the store, online). 2. Honor what your email says (that I could choose a replacement) 3. Giving me a 2 year old ornament will not fix this problem. Very disappointed with Pandora.

I went to the store to buy something becuase of the offer thet had and they ran out and didn't give me option. so that is not good for the compant.

The manager was horrible and had very little knowledge of merchandise. The sale associate had very little knowledge as well of available merchandise. Not enough tablets to finish the sale.
