The sales person told me not to store the silver jewelry in an airtight container. She said storing it in airtight conditions would cause tarnish. This is the opposite of the truth. Silver should be stored in airtight conditions to prevent tarnish. She gave me false information. She should know better.

The new style charm bracelet with the clasp charms needs improvements. I lost a charm the same day I purchased it. The clasps are not secure enough for the bracelet. The selection of charms is poor at this time.

My bracelet has a mark on it, they cleaned it and it’s lighter but I can still see it and they would not exchange it. Told me to take home and wear it for a while. Seriously

Most of the charms I wanted were either out of stock or not available in gold. The bracelet I was given was too small at first, so I had to change it for Nother one that I didn't really like, this one was a lot bigger it literally falls of my arm, the girl said it wasn't gonna do it if I kept adding more charms to it, but I'm pretty much able to take of the bracelet off without opening it. Because they didn't have my size, they had a small one, or a bigger one. BUT NOT MINE. I originally got. Rose gold bracelet, I exchanged it for a gold one, because pretty much all the Disney charms are either silver or gold, so it took a lot of thinking to return, 6 days to be exact, I ended up leaving with a charm I didn't like because you don't cary it in gold, And I can't have most of the Disney charms I like because they are not available in gold. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my second experience at the store, I will not go back there ever again.

The sales associate was very impatient with me. Facial expressions, body languages and tone of voice said it all. Store needs more staff who are willing to help the customer and not to make them feel uncomfortable in any way.

I realize there was a huge rush bc of the Christmas holiday. However, my associate was the least bit helpful or enthusiastic about assisting me. I was ready to spend lots of money but decided to get what was necessary and leave. The worst by far.

It was free bracelet weekend-Friday so the store was crowded. There was a sign in list but we didn't know that, we waited 20 minutes before my husband asked about the sign in list. Then 3 of the top things I wanted weren't in stock. The sales people are just not friendly nor helpful, I will not use this store again unless I'm desperate to buy a Pandora piece.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store. The clerk seemed rushed first of all. I began asking questions about how I can get notices when there were saies and she told me that I just had to come into the store to hear about sales. I also had a charm I wanted to exchange and had the tags, box, but no receipt with me and she said they could not exchange it. You could see it had not been worn but she still said she could not exchange it. I got very discouraged so left the store.
