Bought a new bracelet 2 weeks ago valued at $75 the salesperson talked me into the credit card but needed to spend $250 to receive bracelet for discount price. I agreed. Bought 4 new charms to add to my collection. The clasp was defective on new bracelet , returned yesterday but did not have same one in stock instead got similar style but price was $10 cheaper . I asked about it & asst manager stated it’s a even exchange due to my discounts from prior purchases. I WOULD NOT HAVE SPENT all that extra money last time if I’d known this just . :(

I explained the sales person what happened to the last merchandise I bought. Sales person didn’t care at all. Then I requested to speak with manager, she never came out. Her answer was: I can’t do anything until I see item! But never say in my face she sent employee! Very unprofessional

I asked the Sales Associate if military discount was given at this location, she said yes but would need to see my ID. I opened my wallet and showed her were you can clearly see VA on my license, in addition to that there's also a VA card in the slot above the license. Without barely looking the associate said she could not see it. While trying to pull my ID out of my wallet I ended up breaking a nail. The discount was given but I would have rather not receive it than to go through all of that. Horrible service.

I purchased a Rose Gold bracelet with a charm, the bracelet was defective and it kept opening by itself, the charm was lost, the people at the store said the bracelet was defective, but I had to purchase the charm again, if the bracelet wasn’t defective I would have never lost the charm, I should not be purchasing another charm, but they got $75 extra for something that was your fault for a defective lock...

I wanted to exchanging a gift I received for my birthday. I had the receipt and everything was in original packaging. I was first told I could not exchange it because it was beyond the time frame. When I pulled up the exchange policy on the pandora web site that clearly showed I was in the time frame I was then told I couldn’t do an exchange because the merchandise was purchased online and not in the store. When I again referenced the return policy that clearly stated it was for in store or online purchases I was given the reason of this store was a franchise and had a different policy then Pandora. When I stated I would call the customer service line to verify this then I was told that they would do the exchange this one time only.

The sale associate was rude when I asked a question. She then ignored me while I was still shopping. They were NOT practicing social distancing nor cleaning the glass after other were touching and leaning on it. Sale associate also did not sanitize they iPad after she has me use it before she then used it.

The sales associates didn’t look professional. They were rushing us because they wanted to close the store and I couldn’t even finish shopping. The rose gold collection is very limited and pricey. Need at least 5 sales associates at all times with COVID 19. One to ensure the amount of people in the store is limited, another one to clean counters, one in the register and 2 salesmen. Need to innovate and provide more incentives To customers if you want to be in business in the long run.

Purchase an item online in error and was told it cannot be exchanged and that it was a locket charm, asked about purchasing the locket charm only to be told it is did continued. So what am I going to do with a locket charm for a bracelet with no locket?

I asked for the "21" pendant. I gave it to her and told her that was the I one I wanted, but she put a balloon pendant in the bag instead. I didn't realize it until I got home. I had to return to the mall to get the one I wanted.
