I go to Pandora at least once a month and I do not live in that state and these people were very rude and I was never able to see the trays they kept them hidden in the cabinets pulling out what they thought I made like. I did ask the question why can't we see the trays and they told me that was policy I was just in a Pandora in my state a week before I went there and they took the trays out One at a time and we were able to look and view the jewellery. This was very odd to me I had on 4 bracelets full of charms so I hope it wasn't something discriminatory. Another Associate in the store also earlier treated my daughter the exact same way

Buying 2 bracelets and charms for them. One of charms I wanted not in store. Was told at another mall but couldn’t order, transfer, call to help me get it. Almost walked out but got part of what I needed

I had purchased some charms during the promotion I tried to return some of the items and I felt like I was in court. The associate and the manager were discussing me like I had stolen the items. I had my receipt and was within the 30 days

I had purchased the marquise ring and two days later a stone fell out. I called and they put another one on hold. When I went to pick up the new ring it had a stone missing as well. The sales associate didn’t believe me when I told her and I pointed right to the missing stone and she took 5 minutes to see it and even said “no there’s not” when it was obvious. Thankfully there was another size 6 but I’m not too happy on quality.

The salesperson acted as though she did not want to assist me. The charms were brought out on by one. I can't view merchandise that way.

Sales associate, was not very helpful, attitude was dry and treated me as if I was not going to buy anything. Wasn’t welcoming, would’ve just purchased my order online.

On 11/15 I purchased a leather bracelet ($60) for my mom Xmas. The bracelet was on sale ($39) for black friday weekend. On 11/30 I returned the bracelet for the other leather bracelet, but did not get the sale price during the exchange. The rep even had to ask about the exchange, even though it was within 30 days, product was not used and I had my original sales receipt. I was not given an option for the cheaper amount back on my card or store credit. This is very dishe that it would have been mentioned. I even showed the sales rep the online amount when showing her which bracelet I wanted. Not sure I even want to give this as a gift anymore and just want to return the charm and bracelet I purchased.
