Started with anderly as our sales lady. Very nice and friendly. We went in for safety chains for myself and my mother in law. Ended up getting a charm as well and got a free bracelet. We purchased the safety chains and I was putting mine on. I have a bangle and was having a problem getting the bracelet on and off with the twist style safety chain. Sandra came up to us then and asked to help and I told her I was just trying to find a way to make it work. She huffed at me and said “we don’t recommend safety chains for the bangles”… I said well that should have been said before I bought TWO. Then anderly spoke up and said something I didn’t hear to Sandra. Then Sandra stated…”let me change that. We don’t recommend the twist on safety chains”. Again… this should have been stated before I bought TWO. So I asked to switch mine out for a clasp style chain. I could only do one of them because there were no more in stock for my mother in law. Sandra was not as friendly as I would think she should be considering she works with the public. And anderly should have told us before purchase of the issues with this. It should be about satisfaction and not just a sale.

Paid online 8am never got email to pick up. 7pm went to pick up in store and the product was not there. They said out of stock. Had to wait in line and ever charm I chose was out of stock. Had to buy one I didnt even like because I had no choice. They should have put my product to the side that morning.

Too pricey, n I couldn't find the charms that I needed or wanted, n the saleperson was all about making the sale then listening to my main concerns

The sales associate was not very friendly and the minute I paid she quickly walked away. She didn’t mention have a good day or happy happy holidays or anything, she just walked off after I told her what kind of receipt I wanted.

You have to wait in a super long line. There is only a few sale people in the store. You have to wait for a sale associate to be available before you can even look around. Honestly i just wanted to look around and see what’s available. But you can’t just do that.

How can you offer a discount as a member and then refuse the code. If I ordered online I'd have to wait 24hrs.until it cleared thru your bank. My Mother Passed and I was getting it for that reason. And that's False Advertising. I should have just ordered online. I'm very Disappointed.

I love to shop at Pandora, I probably shop there monthly, of course at a different location. I was very displeased that I was ignored for 10+ mins and two customers that came after me were helped before me. The only associate that helped was Yoselin. She made this experience better. I do understand it was black Friday weekend but I barely even got a hello.

The associate had a bad additude. Her help was so poor that it made me feel as if I knew more about the products than she did. Whenever I spoke to her about what I was looking for she never acknowledged me or look at me it was a strange encounter. It seems as if she didn't want to be there and it showed. The entire transaction from beginning to end was terrible.

They only had one person working and there was over 5 people waiting and one woman came out after 20 min then the manager came and she was not friendly at all she told me thank you for being patient after my purchase. If I didn’t really need the item I would have surly went to another store.
