First, there were a number of items I was looking for that weren’t in stock. Second, the sales associate wasn’t familiar with the stock and it took forever for her to find items. She also didn’t know the ins and outs of the sale and had to refund then re-ring my purchase to get the correct discounted price. It took over an hour to complete the transaction.

I brought my Pandora bracelet in to be cleaned, but did not wear it out. During that time purchased 2 more charms. Clerk did not add charms, but later I found that the bracelet clasp was broken. When I took it back the next day, they did not replace it because I had the bracelet for less than a year, so I had to buy another bracelet. Very dissatisfied because the bracelet was not broken before I took it in, but wouldn't clasp once I added the new charms. Felt they did not consider the fact that they broke it and wouldn't replace it because of the age of the chain. Very sad! Out $65 plus tax!

Walked in looking around had to go up to the counter where associates were gathered to ask for help. Then when I got an associate she didn’t appear very knowledgeable or enthusiastic to help me. When I picked what I needed the pendant was not cleaned/wiped before placing in a gift box. I also asked for a gift receipt which she forgot to print. It took about 5 minutes because another person was now using her handheld. I left the store and when I got back she had it ready. I was not impressed with Pandora. Finally, When I asked for a bracelet I saw on display she gave me the price when I mentioned it was above my budget she did not offer any alternative suggestions.

Upon arrival the women who came up to "help" me were very rude, both women talked to me and my sister like we were stupid and we fell disrespected. However, our salesperson, Dawn, was very helpful and welcoming; Dawn was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I understand Black Friday is crazy but I know when I go to pandora for gifts a charm is usually 40 bucks. There was one nice one I really liked but was in a budget. The associate rand me up and failed to tell me one of the charms I chose was 150.00. Since I changed my mind on it and selected another we had to start a checkout process all over again making others unnecessarily wait. Just a little heads up in advance would make the experience that much better.

The sales persons are not polite at all they don't let you know you have to write your name on a waiting list you can be standing there for hours

It was my daughter's birthday. I was getting a Pandora bracelet for the first time. The representative was very serious. Wasn't friendly at all. We asked questions and she appeared mad.

They were more concerned about showing (outside in the mall line) the deal they have rather than trying to help my issue. First person was staring into space when I walked up to get my pick up order, One of the charms were sold and I asked if I can add or redo the order so I can the free item and they told me no. Last yea something similar happened and they were happy to fix the order and redo, my family member said same thing happened to them and they redid order in store. Just not helpful

Sales Associate was way too pushy it was obvious she was only trying to get a sale and force me to buy things I should be able to explore the items of my choice peacefully store did not have the selection of things that I was looking for sales associate forcefully showed items of not my style I feel I was forced to make purchase, sales associate did not provide me with this receipt said she stated she would email it to me I never received it I will be making a return I am unhappy with my purchase and my experience.
