The associate that helped us seemed so confused and over the place. Checking out took half an hour for check out. And even though I sign up for a card for the discount she didn’t want to give me the 10% on all my purchase, which would have been fine if this was policy but another employee said we could get the discount. Very disorganized, confusing, and unpleasant

I PURCHASE A PANDORA ONE YEAR AGO AND THE BRACELET WOULD NOT OPEN. THEY TOLD ME IT HAPPEN'S A LOT ON THAT BRACELET BUT COULD NOT BE EXCHANGE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE.IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ONE WITH THE AMOUNT YOU PAY FOR IT.

It wasn’t a huge variety of charms. I couldn’t find what I was looking for. The sales manager was trying to up sale me.

I wanted my Pandora (jewelry) cleaned but I was told they only do it on certain days yet I’m not in the mall daily and I’ve just spent over $200 on that visit. So yeah I was disappointed.

Not satisfied because I got a bracelet for my 60th birthday gift. Had the pleasure to wear it a handful of times. Latch must have been faulty and next thing I know it was no longer on my wrist. Searched everywhere never to be found. The store basically told me that loss is not covered, to bad so sad. When I told them I was considering rebuying the same gift for myself, they introduced a safety chain for $45 to go with it. 😡 That says it all!

Would be nice to have a buy online pick up in store option so someone doesn’t wait 35-40 minutes in line to find out the item they came to purchase is no longer in stock.

First I want to say I was very satisfied with my associate. She was very sweet and helpful. My reason for not being satisfied is that I have the barrel style earrings and I was trying to purchase 2 new charms to go on them only to find that the new charms (including older styles) no longer fit the barrel. I was very disappointed and upset because I purchased these expecting to be able to change out the charms whenever I wanted only to find that for whatever reason the holes are made smaller now. I love my barrel earrings but I want more charms. I only have 3 sets that I can change out on them.

Every time you walk in this store some of the sales associate don't look approachable or have this look on their face like they don't want to be bother(so why work at a store)! And EVERYTIME there is a promotional sale they never have the item. This is like the 3rd time I've been to this store while there was a promotion. This last time I got this cord bracelet which is something I wouldn't wear. I won't be shopping here anymore. I will just shop on-line. I just don't like returning things that's why I go to this store. And since moving from NY to FL. it's so hard finding Pandora locations.
