The girl made me feel like I was going to steal and this never happened to me in the pass and when I was asking the girl If there was more rings to see she said no but I was seeing other girl should a different person different rings.

They didn’t have the individual music note earrings I wanted. I asked the sales associate twice why online it would say it had it in store and they don’t have it. Also I showed her the keychain I wanted and she grabbed the wrong one, glad I was paying attention to what my total was otherwise I wouldn’t have known until I got home.

When walking in the store there were sales associates everywhere dime busy some available, not one person offered to assist us. We stood there for 3-5 minutes before I finally said I guess no one is going to help us today. After which someone pointed to another sales associate and said she will help you although she looked available. There were not many options to choose from AND Pandora no longer offers the booklet with all the items available. The associate had no knowledge of the merchandise sold which totally bummed me out. Had it not been my aunts birthday I would have left that location empty handed

The promotional brackets where to small and they had no bigger size so I got two free but could not fit my wrist or my mother and they had no more due it was a promotional bracelet

The sales associate was overbearing and pushed for me to open a store credit card multiple times after being told that I was not interested. Instead of wanting to look around some more, I grabbed the few items I had chosen and left, as it wasn't a good buying experience.

I could not browse the store. There was nothing in any of the cases. The entire store was empty.
