I travel over one hundred miles to Pandora. When I go I expect merchandise to be avaible. I went to Pandora for the Lady Boss charm and I was I formed that the Halloween collection and the Lady Boss charm was not offered because of management.

There was only 1 associate on the floor & she was helping another customer, due to the limited staffing, I waited roughly 15/20 minutes just to have her show me a few bracelets & charms and I’m sure a couple customers came in & left due to the time they spent waiting - the store & staff are not an issue, but more staff are needed to help customers. I understand that your associates are very thorough in helping customers so this store needs at least 2 associates to prevent queues for assistance

The staff wasn't very friendly. The gentleman that help us was very helpful. The store was little so there wasn't much room for us to move around, and the charms weren't easy to see.

Had to return the item more than once, and it was a gift and all of my information was given out to the person l brought the gift for.

They were a little rude with my niece. And they were out of everything. And would not let you look around the store you had look from a book

I arrived waited and then they saw a man who arrived after me before me that is why you should have a number system as the staff cannot keep up with who arrives and I was in a hurry and I was kept waiting although the assistant did apologize
