This pandora store moved from another spit in the mall and did not have alot of merchandise to choose from.

I dint have any problem with Pandora had an excellent experience

The only drawback was that it was the week of Christmas and the wait to be served was over an hour and it was just a long time to have to wait even though the assistant who looked after me was lovely so yes I will shop there again just not this close to christmas next time.

The store was very crowded due to the Pandora Christmas sale. Overall I was satisfied.

The machine to clean my bracelets was not functioning. Too a very long time to get an associate to assist me.

I just thought the prices were a little high for the merchandise other than that it’s a great idea the sales lady was fantastic and I’m I’m glad I went and I will be purchasing more in the future

I felt the wait for assistance was too long, and the actual sales process took too long to complete.

Love the Customer Service

They didn’t have what I wanted to purchase and had to settle for something else.

The glass needed to be cleaned and the box that you put the charms in once you have chosen them (the one that holds the papers and such) was very very dirty. The girls not very willing to help the new girl in training.
