When I came there, there was only one sales associate available so I had to wait for like 5 minutes and I was in a hurry back then. So the sales associate has to finish entertaining the customer that got there first.

The store was closing and relocated so most of the merchandise was boxed up.

The brandon FL store is going through renovations and the appearance of the temporary location inside the mall is very rough.

I think it is the manager there when Pandora was in the other location I saw many faces of color now when you walk in the looks you get are not welcoming. If its busy they really are not nice.

There was no problem at all. It's just that the items I saw in an email (ADMITTEDLY, from another store which carries Pandora) were not yet in the store... It's a blessing in disguise though, because I HAD TO make 1 purchase today, which gave me this receipt, which will give me $10 off my next purchase of $100 or more, and I KNOW I'm coming back for the necklace which wasn't in the store yet! (Actually there were 2 necklaces, the new Padlock Heart for Valentines Day, and the Floating Key necklace.)

There were 3 sales Associates and one was on break the store started to get really full yet the one on break down not get up to assist to get the customers sorted out so the The wait would not have been as long as it was.
