Could not find the beads I was looking for. Kept on having to look in a book. Then after we picked out and settled cause you did not have what I wanted she asked us from a book is this what you got?

I am use to the associate pulling out trays so you can see all the charms. She didnt do that I had to ask for certain charms or look at posters in store to pick my charms I was not happy with that as a customer that shops with pandora for myself and family and friends. It was like a guessing game to figure out what the store did or did not have. She would pull out 1 or 2 charms but not the whole tray so that I can look and see if anything caught my attention. I am not sure if she was new or thought I wasnt going to buy anything but she needs more training on how to work with customers and let them see what pandora is all about

My sales associate was great. This negative statement is not in any way directed to her. My ring size 7 was not available in over 10 selections. My other issue, I was returning a ring purchased at Ohio location store and I was not allowed a refund from a Florida store. Exchanges only.

I purchased a ring, Sparking Leave, and the store did not have it in my size. The estimated wait to have the ring transferred from another store is 1.5 weeks.

There were three employees in the store at the time, but only the female employee was helping people. We waited for her to be finished with the previous patrons and she was amazing. Super sweet, helpful and located exactly what I was talking about. The two other employees didn’t even acknowledge us coming in.

I waited over 10 minutes to be helped. I was not acknowledged or addressed by an associate.

It was difficult finding any of th rings in my size. She was able to pull either 4.5 or 6 for a majority of rings and I’m a solid 5. She tried her best, but I wasn’t impressed with the selection provided to me.

The layout of the store was stopping the flow of traffic. The boxed in area where the product was available was larger for the sales associates to walk around than the area customers were allowed. The product was also laid out everywhere, I was specifically looking for studded earrings. The studded earrings where laid out everywhere across the store.

The store is good but the merchandise should be in the right place. She told me that they didn't have any more and it was at the wall display. The other employee told her where to find it. Plus it use to be more friendly happy place.
