The manager was able to easily exchange my broken bracket for a new one and she was very nice as well

They store i went to didnt have all of the charms that i wanted to look at for purchase.

Not enough staff so the wait was 45mins or more to be waited on.

Didn’t have the size item in store like stated online

There's no sign telling you that you need to sign in to be to be waited on

When doing surveys I never pick the highest rating. There is always room for improvement.

I think to give a highly stasified rating there has has to be a wow factor. I did not get the wow factor. It was just another day shopping. I was in and out.

The lady didn't want to give me a bag to avoid tying 3 bows.

The price of certain items are extreme.

I have been in this store on other occasions and find it difficult to get a sales person to acknowledge me when I arrive, and had the same experience on this visit even though there were 3 clerks and one customer. The clerk was not friendly and did not seem to enjoy her job. In the past even the manager was not good at acknowledging my presence in the store. I have been in other stores where the clerks make you feel welcome and excited about the product and what you are looking for.
