When I got home I noticed one of my charms was missing. When I called this morning I explain to Lindsey the situation,The associate Ashley H. missed one of my charms, she called me back to tell me that per Ashley she had put the charm on the bracelet. I asked her to check their inventory, Lindsey stated that because I had just bought it last that they would replace it this one time. I have been going to the same location for many years and never had a problem or felt like I was being doubted.

I’m waiting for the sale for the bracelet and charms set. And charms I was looking for was not in stock

The sales person was unaware of the bracelets that I was looking for and then she said she had to call other stores for the merchandise. We asked her to clean one of our Pandora rings and she forgot she had it in her box

The store was crowded. You could not move around with ease. Needed more sales associates.

I went in the store to have my bracelet cleaned and was told it can only be cleaned by soap and water by your the staff. I would have tp purchase a cleaning kit. The sales associate was very nice about it, but cleaning your bracelet with the cleaning solution should be complimentary in my opinion.
