Not sure why customers are not allow to view the items like before, is there to trust in a customer how do you excepted for someone to return. I have to look through the book for a item, customer will spend less time being able to look at the item, then looking through a book..

sales associate not very friendly , not even smiled, not even after I purchased

I feel like the associates are not friendly unwilling enough to help unless they know for a fact you are purchasing an item, they judge before you buy. And I've been on this store many many times and always buy

The store was very clean, the store representative was patient, attentive and very helpful however there were a couple of charms that I was considering purchasing however each one was currently out of stock. As a result I had to purchase another one. Other than that my shopping experience at Pandora was great.

Fui en busca de charms y no habia mucha variedad. Ademas hice una compra de $217 y no me dieron ningun gift.

They didn't have the charm that I wanted. I also missed the the 35% off sale i wouldve bought more.

Store would not honor online sale price. Any item i was interested in i had to leave the store and order online. What was disappointing the store has the items on hand.
