When my wife asked the sales associate to show her the full tray of charms, she was told that was not possible. I than walked around the store to see if any additional charms were displayed. Basically we had to describe what we were looking for and the clerk would than retrieve a charm. It would have been so much nicer if we could have looked at trays of charms instead of guessing what we wanted,

It was my first buying a pandora bracelet, I didn’t get a box, no instructions on how to care of it and I found out later on my first purchase I was supposed to get 10% off my first purchase. I was informed of that at the Gainesville pandora store, I spent almost 800 hundred dollars, they could of least gave me that, 😟

When I walked in the store there was only 3 sets of customers spread out but yet none of the sales people acknowledged me to even say that would be right with me, I stood there almost 10 minutes waiting for service, I would have left if I didn’t need the birthday gift I was purchasing. This location has the most unfriendly sales people I would much rather international plaza location but live in Brandon. The young lady that helped me finally was awesome she actually just came in her shift and I was very happy with her service and help.

They didn’t have an item I wanted.

The prices was a little misleading

Because i wanted a heart shape ring and it wasn't available . It was my friend Birthday and i was disappointed. I had to choose another one that was her second choice.

So this is the third time I have been here the first two times I recieved horrible customer service and really didn't want to go back to this location

The location is out of the way for me even though this is the closest to my home area. I would have liked the associate to further explain the sales/promotions occurring in the store in order for us to have bought everything we needed.
