The asst manager Linsey was very helpful and friendly during the whole transaction. This was my first visit and I was purchasing for an early Christmas present for my daughter I just hope they extend the return date in case she doesn't like it.

My boyfriend and I purchased a promise right I had been eyeing online. We went to the store to buy it and I was fitted right away. I wish the ring had been taken to the back and polished before buying it.

Just short staffed for holiday weekend. I would have preferred to see a tray of merchandise instead of one or two at a time. Maybe more display area under glass. Thank you

I love the merchandise, I received an email on Saturday morning offering the charms box and I went the same day to the store, and spend more than $300 and the store did not have boxes available. I am really disappointed, because I am still receiving the emails offering the boxes, but I couldn't get one. I do not understand why the advertising, but no enough supply of boxes. Really sad.

No inventory on the August gem I was looking for my god daughter’s birthday. Disappointed in no selection for August birthdays..

I had to purchase cleaning solution to clean my jewelry. I was unable to get it done in the store. I feel like I drove to the store on a blank trip.

I was looking for a July birthstone charm and you only carried one charm. That was not much of a selection.

My visit in the store was less than 15 minutes, walked in browsed around one side of the store and the first available associate assisted me she seemed as if she was in a bit of a rush while locating the charms I wanted to purchase but she was still courteous during the transaction.

When I first arrived I was over looked. Another customer came in way after me and they were asked if they needed assistance instead of me. But they sad no than I was asked.
