Ling wait to get into store

I would have liked a much more cheerful welcome. I know with the holidays it can be hectic. Other than that I was very pleased with my purchase.

Because I bought one pandora moments for my daughter the same one that I have and my daughter’s change the color and it bought it one month ago and they didn’t change it or clean it just sent me home and recommended to buy the cleaning kit that I already has, personally I think that if is the first time that this happened to a jewelry they have to help you with the cleaning or change it.

Considering the cost of the purchases I bought and as a returning customer there were no discounts or rewards for my loyalty. The gift purchase bracelet were not available as advertised. Your company has no discounts and all sale items are sold out.

The free holiday item was sold out. I would have spend more if it was in stock.

Pandora has limited ring sizes for people with large fingers or knuckle size . I feel as through Pandora she order more merchandise during the holidays.

I had to wait at the cashier's line too long.

I wanted my Pandora Bracelet cleaned and they said they only clean jewelry on certain days which is unfair because people don't go to the mall every day and on the day I'm there making a purchase I should have been able to have my pandora bracelet cleaned.

This location didn’t have most of the charms in stock that I was looking for.
