I went into the store after receiving an email regarding a 50% off sale. I looked online prior to going into the store dor items that I wanted to purchase. When I arrived at the store and saw the limited selection, I was disappointed. The charm that I really wanted was unavailable so I settled for something else.

Myself and another customer were waiting patiently for assistance. The associates were busy with other people. Once one of them finished she assisted a customer that just walked in. Then another associate became available and she assisted another customer that also just walked in the door. I pointed out to her that both of us were waiting and have not been assisted yet. Said associate curtly replied “yes okay please be patient and we will be with you shortly.” Then another associate was free and the woman who asked us to be patient let her know to assist the woman that just came. She assisted the lady who was there before me and I got stuck waiting for another 15 minutes. Both the woman that was there before and my husband couldn’t belief it. She was the quickest employee so was also the first to be free and came to assist me. I really didn’t want her help because she was rude and I felt that she was just trying to shut us up, however because the store was super busy we had no choice. The sad thing is that this was the very first time I walked into a Pandora and this was my first bracelet. A gift from my husband for turning 40.

The particular sales associate first of all did not know what I was even speaking of when I asked about the newest Pandora’s animal charms . She seemed to get frustrated, which almost led to my husband and I just leaving . Overall she seemed to just have a poor attitude. I have purchased thousands in Pandora, every holiday, birthday, Mother’s Day ! I won’t go back to this particular store. I’ll order online or drive out of my way to go to another .

It was nothing to do with the store they were great. It was more to do with having to exchange my bracelet due to the measuring process online not being effective. It was too small.
